We collect the personal data you provide when ordering a fishing license: name, email, date of birth, address, and ID document details. This information is required to process your fishing license application with the French fishing federations, or for the mandatory sea angler registration.

Your personal data is used solely to process your fishing license application and to communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
5. Identity Document Verification
The fishing license is valid only for the person named in the order. If needed, we may ask you for a copy of your passport or national ID card to verify your details. Your document is transmitted securely, used only for this purpose, and permanently deleted once your license has been issued.
6. Data Retention
We retain your order data for the duration required by law and for our legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
