FishingLicenseFrance.com is operated by jurkix s.r.o., Company No.: 29637775, with registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 151954.
2. Service Description
FishingLicenseFrance.com provides a concierge service for obtaining official French fishing licenses (carte de pêche) and for the mandatory sea angler registration (RECFishing). We act as an intermediary between you and the French fishing federations or relevant authorities, handling documentation and administrative processes on your behalf. Sea registration is free at the authority; our price is a fee for our processing service.
3. Processing Time
We aim to process and deliver your fishing license within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the responsiveness of the federations and authorities.
4. Pricing
Our prices include the official federation fee and our service fee. All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
5. Refund Policy
As we begin processing immediately upon payment, refunds are only possible if we are unable to obtain your license. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to delays caused by French institutions in cases where the license has already been paid for. In such situations it is necessary to wait for processing.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information. Incorrect details may result in delays or an inability to process your license. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
